 World of Wonder — Production Stage Renovation 

 Grenier Construction recently completed a full-scale renovation of a 4,000 sq. ft., ground-level Stage Hollywood for World of Wonder Productions. Designed to meet the needs of a modern stage, this space was renovated from the ground up to support production workflows, creative teams, operational efficiency, and long-term value. 

 Scope of Work Highlights: 

• Demolition, Previously installed theater chairs, 

• Structural upgrades including stud replacement as necessary, and drywall.
   
• Electrical improvements, Remove and replace outdated electrical lines in walls and existing concrete floor, upgrade electrical panels

• Green Rooms, Build and frame two changing rooms for talent, two empty rooms for production space & equipment
   
• Bathrooms, complete plumbing work; newly constructed men’s & women’s restrooms 

• Concrete,  Build concrete ramps in entry & exit for ease of production loading workflow, new concrete in sections of floor

• Waterproofing Roof, Apply elastomeric coating on three roof areas, repair sections of roof
   

 At World of Wonder Productions Stage in Hollywood, Grenier Construction transformed the space into an open stage ready for production rental & their own filming of hit TV shows.
