Commercial Remodel in Beverly Hills – Robertson Flagship Retail Space

Grenier Construction recently completed a full commercial renovation of a flagship retail space on Robertson Boulevard, just outside Beverly Hills. This 3,000 sq. ft. ground-level property—formerly home to Georgetown Cupcakes—was fully modernized to meet today’s retail standards and is now move-in ready for tenant customization.

The remodel included:

• Structural upgrades with new framing, studs, and drywall.
   
• Electrical improvements, featuring a simplified system with 3 dedicated panels (120V & 240V) designed to handle food service and retail requirements.
   
• Plumbing infrastructure, complete existing bathroom plumbing locations, dual commercial cooking zones, and in-floor drains for appliances.
   
• HVAC modernization, with a system ready for ducting based on tenant specifications.

• Fire Suppression System, sprinkler mains are present and ready for branches based on future layout.
