Altadena Home Remodel
Whole Home Remodel in Altadena
Grenier Construction completed this whole-home remodel in Altadena, featuring a kitchen renovation, bathroom remodel, refreshed living and dining rooms, and updates to two bedrooms and their closets. The project also included interior and exterior painting and a new HVAC system.
Sage-green cabinetry, warm brass accents, distinctive bathroom tile, and wood flooring bring the spaces together. The renovation combines updated finishes and everyday comfort with the home’s classic architectural character.
Coordinated Kitchen Storage and Pantry Area
An adjoining window-lined area extends the kitchen’s countertop space and storage. Matching base cabinets and a tall pantry cabinet carry the same finishes into this bright corner of the home. An arched opening adds character and connects the spaces visually.
Sage Cabinetry, Brass Accents, and Updated Appliances
This kitchen renovation features sage-green Shaker-style cabinetry with crown molding, brass hardware, and light countertops with subtle veining. A glossy subway tile backsplash complements the soft cabinet color, while neutral tile flooring creates a consistent foundation throughout the kitchen.
A stainless steel gas range and ventilation hood, built-in microwave, and dishwasher complete the appliance layout. Recessed lighting, under-cabinet lighting, and a decorative fixture above the sink complement the natural daylight.

Fresh interior paint highlights the living room’s curved ceiling, divided-light windows, and brick-surround fireplace. Warm hardwood flooring and recessed lighting create a welcoming space connected to the adjoining dining room.
