 Bento Box Entertainment — Office Renovation 

 Grenier Construction recently completed a full-scale renovation of a 17,000 sq. ft., ground-level office suite in North Hollywood for Bento Box Entertainment, 21st Century Fox Television. Designed to meet the needs of a modern animation studio, this space was upgraded from the ground up to support creative teams, operational efficiency, and long-term value. Full Remodel scope was in two animation studio locations Burbank and North Hollywood.

 Scope of Work Highlights: 

• Structural upgrades including stud replacement as necessary, and drywall.

• Workstation Installation,  framing, electrical, and finishes tailored to production workflows.

• Office Remodel, renovation of management and supervisor offices.
   
• Electrical improvements, upgraded electrical systems to meet power demands across the facility.
   
• Plumbing infrastructure, complete plumbing work; newly constructed men’s & women’s restrooms 

• Kitchen Installation,  plumbing, electrical, drainage, cabinetry, countertops for kitchen amenities

•  New drop ceiling: overhead bay lighting integrated for studio-grade illumination 

• Flooring,  epoxy applied over existing concrete for durability and a clean finish
